G2 (4.6 / 370 reviews) and Shopify App Store (4.5 / 1,220 reviews) corroborate the day-to-day operator satisfaction. Two operational caveats matter more than the marketed Free tier. First, the Trustpilot rating is 1.5 / 671 reviews — that's a real number but the content-flag context (per content-flags.md: AfterShip-platform Trustpilot reviews are overwhelmingly end-consumers complaining about *carrier* delivery experiences, not the AfterShip SaaS). Merchant sentiment on G2 (4.6) and Shopify App Store (4.5) is the load-bearing third-party signal. Don't propagate Trustpilot 1.5 without that framing.
